We take the same thought and care in curating the freshest seafood and finest ingredients to set up our markets as we do to help you celebrate your special event.

Every party tray offering is made to order, and we always welcome custom requests. Please note that poached salmon platters can not be assembled same day and we kindly request a 48 hour notice for them.

Shrimp Cocktail Tray

Large cocktail shrimp, cleaned and cooked, cocktail sauce, lemon. Pricing includes large (21/25) cocktail shrimp. Ask your fishmonger about upgrading to Jumbo (13/15) cocktail shrimp.

Small (2 lbs., approximately 50 pieces): $66

Poached Salmon Tray

Fresh salmon, boned and poached, covered with fresh cucumber slices, on a bed of greens, surrounded by fresh bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and served with our homemade sour cream and cucumber dill dressing. For poached salmon: $25 charge for poaching and cleaning, additional $25 charge for fully garnished presentation (as shown above). Final cost determined by market price of salmon.

Premium Crab Tray

Alaskan snow crab claws and our house brand, Seachest, jumbo lump crab meat are excellent options for party platters. Quantities and pricing vary. Please call into one of our locations for further assistance and inquiries.
